Project Overview
The KIA Showroom is an 1880 m² space divided into a big exhibition hall (868 m²) and a workspace area (1012 m²) involving offices, bathrooms and a kitchen. It is located on King Abdul Aziz Road, which is the major transportation artery in Jeddah. It is a Design-Build contract consisting of a modern functional design (architectural and MEP) between the workspace and the cars exhibition area. In addition, ICC was up to the challenge of finishing the execution of this fast-track project over the required duration of three months thanks to our unique sourcing team who procured and delivered all the required material and finishes on time.
